Day 1Arrival

Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will transfer to the Stanley Hotel in Nairobi where you will spend the night, with your safari starting the next morning. Depending on your arrival time you can explore Nairobi or just rest up before your safari adventure. Overnight at Stanley Hotel

Day 2Masai Mara

Early morning breakfast, then head to your first safari destination, The Masai Mara. The Masai Mara, also known as ‘The Heart of Kenya’ is the center of Kenya’s main destination. Arrive at the Sarova Mara Game Camp and check in before you have your lunch. Later, you can decide either to relax at the hotel or go on a mid-afternoon game drive within the reserve. Day 3Masai Mara

The Masai Mara National Reserve is known for its abundant wildlife and bird species. It’s also widely known as the location of one of the wonders of the world, The Wildebeest Migration. You can schedule how you do your game drives with the driver/guide so that you can get the full experience. On the next day, you will go to the village. You can’t visit Masai Mara without visiting its people, The Masai. The Masai are the only people who have blended with the Masai Mara since the 15th Century. It is a true showcase of Masai culture. You will have a chance to interact with the Masai People, watching them work their crafts and maybe join the Masai dancing and jumping. Overnight at Sarova Mara Camp

Day 4Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, you will be driven to Lake Nakuru. Innumerous birdlife can be seen before you arrive at the Sarova Lion Hill Lodge, where you will be staying for the night. Check in and later go on a mid-afternoon game drive. Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge is cleverly laid out in such a way that most rooms and sitting areas afford stunning views of the lake and the park. The Lodge incorporates natural landscaping with tall acacia trees, winding walkways and greens dotted with bird feeds. Lake Nakuru is known as the greatest bird spectacle on Earth with shores that turn bright pink due to the over one million flamingos who feed on the algae of this alkaline soda lake. Overnight at Sarova Lion hill Lodge

Day 5Amboseli

After breakfast, you will go for a morning game drive before proceeding to the Amboseli, Home of the Elephants. You will have a game drive en route to the Amboseli Serena Lodge, where you will be staying for two nights. Arrive and check-in, then have lunch, and later, go for a mid-afternoon game drive at the park till late noon. Amboseli is mostly known for its free range of elephant groups, numerous prolific wildlife, and breathtaking view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge.

Day 6Amboseli

There are a wealth of animals to seek and view but most memorably the elephants that Amboseli is famous for. The following day is a great opportunity to take a picnic with you as your day will fly past as you have sighting after sighting. Depending on how your day progresses, take a guided walk along a dry river bed spotting the animal prints and nearby wildlife. Dinner and overnight will be at the Amboseli Serena Lodge.

Day 7Departure

You will have early morning tea followed by a morning game drive. Afterward, go back to the lodge to pick up your stuff and say your goodbyes. Be driven back to Nairobi to be dropped off at the airport for your flight back home.

Unfortunately at some point, the booked tour can not be fulfilled or a change of plan and clients would like a refund. Here at African Challenge Safaris, we offer refunds and solutions so that the client and us can agree. The refund will be given according to these dates:

80% refund 1 month or before prior to the arrival/safari.

40% refund 2wks prior to the arrival/safari.

15% refund 1wk prior to the arrival/safari.
